Suzlon Energy Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Vivek Srivastava, who held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the WTG Division and was classified as Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP). His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on December 26th, 2025. Mr. Srivastava's departure marks his cessation as an SMP of the Company from the effective date. The announcement states that the reason for his resignation is to pursue opportunities outside the Suzlon Group. He is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
