Symphony Limited has announced the completion of the transfer of its 100% equity stake in Bonaire USA LLC, USA (BUSA) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) from Climate Technologies Pty Limited (CTPL) to Symphony Limited. The aggregate consideration for this transaction was AUD 7.6 million, which is approximately ₹52 crore. Specifically, AUD 4.3 million (approximately ₹30 crore) was paid towards the transfer of the 100% stake in BUSA, and AUD 3.3 million (approximately ₹22 crore) was paid for the transfer of the IPRs. As previously disclosed, CTPL has utilized the entire proceeds from this transfer to prepay its working capital borrowings, reducing the outstanding borrowings to approximately AUD 5.5 million (around ₹37 crore). The company reiterates that, as directed by the Board of Directors in their meeting on May 15, 2026, no further incremental capital allocation is anticipated for its Australian subsidiaries. Any future funding, if necessary, will be limited to regulatory requirements.
