Tata Capital Limited has announced the allotment of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The total issue size amounts to ₹343 crore. The NCDs are of Series TCL SECURED A FY 2023-24 VIS-M-Reissue No.2, with 34,300 securities allotted. The issue includes portions with coupon rates of 7.66% XIRR for ₹235 crore and 7.6596% XIRR for ₹108 crore. The allotment date was March 04, 2026. The tenor of the NCDs is 3653 days from the original allotment date, with a residual tenor of 2898 days from the deemed date of allotment. The redemption date is February 08, 2034. The NCDs are secured by a pari-passu charge on the company’s movable property, including receivables and book debts. The credit ratings for these NCDs are CRISIL AAA/Stable by CRISIL Ratings Limited and [ICRA] AAA/Stable by ICRA Limited. The debentures are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
