Tata Chemicals Limited has announced an enhancement in the role of its Senior Management Personnel, Mr. Rino Raj. Mr. Raj, who previously served as Vice President & Site Head - Mithapur, will now assume additional responsibilities for all of the company's plants located across India. Consequently, he has been re-designated as Vice President Manufacturing (India). This change is effective July 7, 2026. The company has provided this disclosure in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
