Tata Steel Limited has announced its 119th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. IST, conducted via two-way Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The notice of the AGM is part of the company's 11th Integrated Report & 119th Annual Accounts for the Financial Year 2025-26. During the AGM, shareholders will be asked to adopt the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. A dividend of ₹4 per Ordinary (equity) Share of face value ₹1 each for FY2025-26 is proposed for declaration.
