Tech Mahindra Limited and Orange Business have announced exclusive negotiations for a non-equity, global strategic partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation for enterprise customers worldwide. This collaboration will focus on AI, automation, and secure digital platforms, enhancing regional cooperation and product innovation. The proposed five-year partnership will leverage Orange Business's expertise in networks, platforms, cloud, and cybersecurity, combined with Tech Mahindra's integration capabilities and agile delivery. A portion of Orange Business's global customer support, quote-to-bill, and post-sales teams outside France will be outsourced to Tech Mahindra. This move aligns with Orange Business's ambition to be a global leader in secure connectivity for enterprises, expanding its international footprint and service portfolios. The French perimeter and certain sensitive customer segments will remain excluded from the partnership. This collaboration is expected to drive international growth and innovation at scale by increasing operational efficiency, boosting competitiveness, and improving customer experience through automation and advanced platforms. Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, CEO of Orange Business, stated that the partnership would be a significant growth catalyst, strengthening their global service delivery. The project is subject to completion of processes with relevant employee representative bodies.
