Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Limited (TNPL) has submitted its Quarterly Report pertaining to the Structured Digital Database (SDD) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This report is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Mrs. Anuradha Ponraj, certified that TNPL has a functional Structured Digital Database (SDD) in place. Control mechanisms are established for accessing the SDD, and all Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) disseminated in the previous quarter has been captured. The system correctly records the nature of UPSI along with the date and time of dissemination. Furthermore, the database is maintained internally with an audit trail, ensuring it is non-tamperable and capable of retaining records for eight years. TNPL successfully captured all 6 required events during the quarter. The company reported no non-compliance issues in the previous quarter, and no remedial actions were required.
