Ms. Khurana has tendered her resignation to pursue other career opportunities. Her cessation from services is effective March 4, 2026. The company has submitted the necessary intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the details of the change as required by SEBI circulars.
