Urban Company Limited (formerly UrbanClap Technologies India Limited) has announced the convening of its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (IST) and will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). This meeting will be held in compliance with various provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, including those pertaining to conducting meetings via VC/OAVM. The Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, along with the Notice of the AGM, will be sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the company, RTA, or depositories. Members without registered email addresses will receive a communication with a web link to access the Annual Report on the company's website. The Annual Report and Notice will also be available on the company's investor relations website and the websites of the stock exchanges. Members can opt to receive physical copies of these documents upon written request. The company will provide detailed instructions for attending the AGM and participating in the e-voting process, which will be available both remotely and during the meeting itself.
