Varroc Engineering Limited, a global tier-1 automotive supplier, has announced the appointment of Avijit Roy as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This appointment is effective April 10, 2026, with Avijit Roy reporting to Arjun Jain, Whole Time Director & CEO – Business I. In his new role, Avijit Roy will be responsible for spearheading Varroc’s group human resources strategy, focusing on organizational capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving talent transformation. He succeeds Kavita Kulkarni, who has served in the role for seven years and played a significant part in shaping Varroc’s people strategy.
