Varroc Engineering Limited has announced the win of a strategic contract to supply AC bi-directional wall chargers for a leading global Electric Vehicle (EV) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contract involves the supply of Energy Star-compliant chargers, engineered for high stability, advanced safety, and seamless EV charging performance. These chargers will be manufactured at Varroc's facility in Romania, ensuring adherence to global quality and delivery standards. The agreement is with an international entity and the supply of these AC bi-directional wall chargers for electric vehicles is expected to span a period of six years. The estimated annual business value at peak capacity is ₹439.1 million (approximately USD 48 million). This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015. The company has withheld the name of the awarding entity due to confidentiality obligations. The promoters and promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall within related party transactions.
