The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) conducted a search operation at the Company's premises, which commenced on June 01, 2026, at 12:15 PM IST and concluded on June 03, 2026, at 9:55 PM IST. The search was conducted under the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. The company has stated that no penalty, restriction, or sanction has been imposed as a result of this operation. The officers of Vedanta Limited provided all necessary information, documents, and clarifications as sought by the ED. Vedanta Limited has further clarified that there is no impact on the financial, operational, or other activities of the Company, quantifiable in monetary terms. The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Prerna Halwasiya, affirmed the truthfulness, correctness, and completeness of the information provided in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
