Ventive Hospitality Limited has announced a further investment of ₹50,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifty Crores only) in Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited, which operates the Hilton Goa Resort. This investment was made through the subscription of 50,00,000 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) at a face value of ₹100 each, for cash at par. The confirmation of allotment for these OCDs was received on June 03, 2026. This follows previous intimations regarding investments in Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited, including an earlier investment of ₹110,50,00,000 and another of ₹25,00,000 in OCDs, as announced on November 18, 2025, and January 13, 2026, respectively. Ventive Hospitality Limited already holds a 76% equity stake in Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited, making it a related party and a subsidiary. The recent subscription of OCDs has been undertaken at arm's length, at a face value of ₹100 per OCD. Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited is engaged in the hospitality business and has operations in Goa. Its turnover for the year ending March 31, 2026, was ₹40,66,40,000.
