Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited (VSTL) announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on June 4, 2026. The Board has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary company, to be named Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The new entity will be established in Hisar, Haryana, and will focus on manufacturing specialized, high-quality steel products for the infrastructure sector. Its product line will include transmission towers, monopoles, crash barriers, octagonal poles, High Mast Poles, and Pre-Fab Structures. The incorporation of Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited is subject to the approval of the concerned office of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited will subscribe to the entire initial paid-up share capital of ₹10,00,000 for the subsidiary, representing 100% shareholding and control.
