Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited (VSTL) announced today, June 4, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary named Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited. This new entity will be established under the Companies Act, 2013, and will focus on manufacturing specialized, high-quality steel products for the infrastructure sector. These products will include transmission towers, monopoles, crash barriers, octagonal poles, High Mast Poles, and Pre-Fab Structures. The incorporation is subject to the approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. VSTL will subscribe to the entire initial paid-up share capital of ₹10,00,000 for Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited, acquiring 100% shareholding and control. The subsidiary will be incorporated in Hisar, Haryana, India.
