Mr. Mehta retired from his post effective closing of business hours on April 08, 2026, due to personal reasons. The company has accepted his retirement and he has been relieved from his duties as of the same date. Mr. Mehta, in his letter of retirement dated March 08, 2026, cited aging-related health problems as the reason for his decision, stating that he may not be able to give his best to the company. He expressed gratitude to the board of directors, chairman, senior management, and staff for their support during his tenure of over 12 years with the company. The company has provided the necessary disclosures as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the relevant SEBI Master Circular.
