Xtglobal Infotech Limited's U.S. subsidiary, XTGlobal Inc., has secured an order from a U.S. State Transportation Agency for an "Internal eForms modernization program leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)." The work order is for a period of approximately 14 months, with a maximum payable amount of USD $1.59 Million, which is approximately INR 14.8 Crores. The scope of work includes migration and redevelopment of over 230 enterprise forms into AEM Adaptive Forms, integration with internal systems, implementation of accessibility standards, and deployment with defined validation cycles. The contract falls within the normal course of business for the company.
