Yes Bank Limited (the "Bank") has received ₹282 crore as settlement proceeds for a Non-Performing Advance (NPA) under a One-Time Settlement (OTS) agreement executed on November 27, 2025. The borrower had agreed to pay ₹288 crore in full and final settlement. The Bank expects to receive the remaining balance amount shortly. As the net amount received exceeds the materiality threshold, the event is being disclosed as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
