This investment, equivalent to AUD 1,35,000 (Australian Dollars), is part of an approved investment amount of up to ₹02.00 crores. Following this investment, Zim Laboratories Limited now holds 99.96% of the total share capital of ZIMTAS Pty Ltd. The disclosure was made on April 9, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
