They must sign as per their specimen signature registered with the Company or RTA. After the transfer to IEPF, shareholders can claim their shares and unclaimed dividends by applying to the IEPF authority using Form IEPF-5, available on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website (www.mca.gov.in). No claim will lie against the Company in respect of unclaimed dividends and shares transferred to IEPF.
